Greenwich police say a man is facing charges today for allegedly attacking his girlfriend during an argument.
Police say the victim arrived home Tuesday to find 31-year-old Edison Rivera-Loja, throwing things and damaging her property.
Investigators say the victim felt threatened and tried to leave, but Rivera-Loja kicked her to the ground, stole her cellphone and stormed out.
They say he was arrested hours later when police convinced him to turn himself in.
