Police: Man charged in July street takeover in Milford

Milford police say they've made an arrest in a street takeover that happened in July.
Police say 300 motorcycles, ATVs and dirt bikes passed through the city in that July incident, causing delays and committing traffic violations.
One motorcycle collided with a car after the bike ran a red light at the I-95 northbound exit ramp. Police say other riders surrounded the car and freed the biker who then took off.
Officers say they have identified the rider as Jonathan Delgado, of New Haven.
Delgado is facing several motor vehicle charges and was released on a promise to appear in court.
