Police say they received numerous calls at about 5 p.m. reporting a vehicle accident on Route 59 between Maple and Judd roads.
They say the first officer to arrive at the scene found a person administering CPR on a male passenger who was unresponsive.
The officer and first responders took over lifesaving efforts before the victim was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
