Milford police say a man is facing charges for forcing his way into a home and threatening another man with a baseball bat.
Police say 58-year-old Michael Buonaiuto forced his way into the Hawley Avenue home early Sunday morning.
They say he caused some damage in the house and yelled, "I'm going to kill him."
Police say Buonaiuto was pointing the bat at his ex-wife's new husband when they arrested him.
They also say the couple in the house was able to get Buonaiuto outside until officers arrived.
No one was injured.
