A Bridgeport man is facing charges after allegedly stabbing a pregnant woman who ended a relationship with him.
Police arrested 41-year-old Jose Velez Saturday after they say he broke into the victim's home and attacked her.
They say the 39-year old-victim remains in serious condition at Bridgeport Hospital.
News 12 has been told that Velez has a long history of arrests for violent crimes.
