A person is in custody following an attempted break-in at an AT&T store in Norwalk.

It happened this morning around 3 a.m. on Belden Avenue.

According to police, when the alarm went off, the man ran away, but police caught him a block away.

Part of the front glass window was smashed in, but nothing was reported stolen.
