Police in Milford arrested a man after they say he sexually assaulted a woman shopping with her 6-year-old child.

According to the alleged victim, Jose Luis Sahagun followed her through the Connecticut Post Mall and repeatedly bumped into her and rubbed himself up against her.

At one point, Sahagun allegedly grabbed her.

The woman also says she saw the man do the same thing to other women at the mall.

She told mall security, and police arrested him.
