Police say a Newtown woman who barricaded herself inside a home on Tuesday has been arrested. Police were asked to help the Department of Children and Families with an investigation. They say 26-year-old Samantha Rivera eventually barricaded herself inside the home after everyone else exited. Officers attempted to communicate with Rivera for close to three hours. She was arrested after taking off from the home, authorities say.
