A Norwalk man has been arrested after a search and seizure warrant was executed at Vape Smart on Liberty Square.

Police say they got complaints about underage vape sales and cannabis sales without a proper license.

They say they seized more than 187 grams of marijuana Wednesday, several hundred products above the legal THC limit, and $900.

Jelani Carrion is facing charges, including improperly storing cannabis.
