Police: Norwalk man stabbed another man in arm, leg and chest

Officers applied a tourniquet to the victim's arm and applied pressure on the sternum and leg wounds to control the bleeding.

A Norwalk man is facing multiple charges stemming from stabbing Friday night on Lowe Street.
Police say someone called and provided them with an address where the incident took place. The victim was found stabbed in the left forearm, sternum and left leg.
Officers applied a tourniquet to the victim's arm and applied pressure on the sternum and leg wounds to control the bleeding.
The victim was transported to Norwalk Hospital.
The suspect, Norman Allen, was located in the area and arrested. He is charged with assault and criminal mischief.
Allen's bond was set $500,000. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
