Police: Norwalk math coach demonstrated chokehold on fifth-grade students

Police say one of the students lost consciousness and was treated by the school's nurse.

A math coach at Brookside Elementary School in Norwalk has been arrested after demonstrating a martial arts chokehold on three fifth-grade students last month.
Police say one of the students lost consciousness and was treated by the school's nurse.
Stefanie Sanabria was arrested Friday at her Danbury home. She was charged with reckless endangerment, strangulation and risk of injury to a minor.
Sanabria is expected to appear in court next week.
