Bridgeport police have arrested a man they say sexually assaulted three women at a residential treatment facility where he worked as a janitor.
Rafael Cartagena, 40, faces several counts of first and fourth degree sexual assault.
Police say he eventually admitted to the crimes, which happened at the New Prospects - Recovery Network of Programs located on Prospect Street.
Officers say staff at the facility reported Cartagena to investigators.
