Shelton police say a New York man falsely claimed to be a massage therapist and sexually assaulted two women.
Police say 53-year-old Kim Hyung was arrested early this morning.
Police say they received two complaints in May from women who say Hyung touched and spoke to them inappropriately while working at a city spa.
While investigating, police determined that Hyung did not have a license to practice massage therapy.
