Police: Waterbury man arrested for burglary and attempted burglary at Norwalk smoke shops

Police say Tyssan Woods, of Waterbury, burglarized the Utopia Smoke Shop on Connecticut Avenue and then tried to get into Mohegan on Westport Avenue.

Norwalk police arrested an 18-year-old man accused of burglarizing a smoke shop and attempting a burglary at another.
They say Tyssan Woods, of Waterbury, burglarized the Utopia Smoke Shop on Connecticut Avenue and then tried to get into Mohegan on Westport Avenue.
Both incidents happened on March 26.
Tyssan is facing multiple charges, including burglary, criminal mischief and attempt at Burglary.
