A Waterbury man is facing charges for robbing a home in Southbury.
Police say Jaquel Newsome took a safe containing jewelry and other personal documents from a home on Old Woodbury Road in August. Newsome had entered the home through a second story window.
Newsome turned himself into police on Oct. 30, and was release after posting bond.
He is expected in court next week.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and expect more arrests in the case.
