A worker fell from a bucket truck Monday while working to cut a tree on Bumble Bee Lane in Westport, officials say.
Police say a call came in before 10 a.m. after the man, believed to be working for a Norwalk tree service company, fell several yards.
Officials say the man was taken to Norwalk Hospital for his injuries.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials say they're investigating the accident and hope to have more information later. The fire department could not confirm the extent of the man's injuries.
A co-worker told News 12 Connecticut that it was a bad day and hoped the worker would be fine.
