United Illuminating say power has been restored to dozens of commercial customers affected by an outage in Milford. UI says an unknown equipment failure knocked out power to the Connecticut Post Mall.

United Illuminating say power has been restored to dozens of commercial customers affected by an outage in Milford.
UI says an unknown equipment failure knocked out power to the Connecticut Post Mall.
The outage also affected traffic lights along Route 1.
