Officials say that racist graffiti found under a Norwalk bridge was painted over this afternoon.
Police say they were alerted today to the graffiti under the Keeler Avenue Bridge near Route 1.
Residents who saw the graffiti say they were shocked by it and called whoever painted it "ignorant."
