A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in Fairfield Saturday for Michael DeBiase & Associates - a one-stop shop for real estate, financing, legal services and insurance.

DeBiase, a native of Fairfield, says his company is planning to hold regular networking and kids' events for the community.

"It feels amazing to be back in the old neighborhood,” he told News 12. “Every day that we're outside, people are honking and waving and recognizing the building, the name, and myself so we're super-excited to be back."
