A new report about the events leading up to the Aurora, Colo. shooting says that there were missed warning signs.
James Holmes is accused of opening fire on moviegoers inside a theater at a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises" on July 20, killing 12 and injuring 58.
The report says that a psychiatrist treating Holmes tried to talk to campus officials about Holmes nearly a month before the attack but the campus did not tell police because Holmes had already begun dropping out of the school.
