People across western Connecticut lined up at stores Tuesday for their shot at winning the second-largest Powerball jackpot in history.
The jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $700 million.
"I've been playing, but I play a little more when they go up, like everybody else," says Norwalk resident Raymond Kerchansky. "How else are you going to win a million dollars?"
The jackpot has a cash value of $443 million, and the chances of winning are 1 in 292 million.
