5h agoA man Queens man has been indicted for sending sexually explicit messages to someone he thought was a minor.
The Rockland County District Attorney says Dominic Vitale, 44, sent numerous messages and pictures to an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old girl.
His bail was set at $10,000 cash.
