Forecast:
Warm temperatures and juicy air will combine to create dangerous weather for Saturday.
Early sunshine will allow temps to soar quickly from nighttime lows of the upper 60's to the mid-80's.
Humidity levels will also be elevated.
When it rains, it is going to pour, and localized flooding could be an issue.
The bigger concern is that guidance is suggesting a considerable amount of lightning with most of the storms tomorrow.
Damaging winds are also a concern. While the chance is small, it is still there.
There is enough energy in the atmosphere, and enough spin (wind changing direction with height) that a tornado could develop. Stay weather aware after 12 p.m.
The storms will develop quickly. Make sure you have a plan for when the weather goes sour.
The worst conditions will occur from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. from west to east.
Leftover showers and lingering storms will carry over thru the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Sunday looks pretty good after the morning clouds and possible showers move east.
Temperatures and humidity levels will also level back down to where they should be for this time of year.
Most of next week looks sunny and dry.
