Republican Congressman Chris Shays' former campaign manager is under investigation for allegedly funneling money from Shays' failed re-election campaign.
Longtime campaign finance manager Michael Sohn is the target in the investigation. The Shays campaign notified federal authorities after finding several inconsistencies in campaign bookkeeping.
Sohn is currently on his honeymoon in Asia -- a trip reportedly authorized by federal officials.
