A Stamford woman is facing charges for allegedly using her young children to shoplift from a store in Norwalk.
Police say they arrested Shazia Zahid at Kohl's Saturday.
They say an employee saw Zahid take a ring from the jewelry section and clothing and stash it in a baby carriage she was pushing.
They say she bought some items, but did not pay for the ones she put in the stroller.
