Meet Ricky! The 15-and-a-half-year-old Shih Tzu has been entered into a contest to be on the cover of Modern Dog Magazine and win a $10,000 cash prize. Ricky's family says they plan to donate 100% of the winnings to the Torrington Police Department's K-9 unit if they win.
