? Easter Sunday marks two weeks since Sikorsky employees returned to work, and many are thankful the strike is over.
Joseph Cassetti has worked at the Stratford-based aircraft maker for 25 years. Cassetti says even though 3,500 members of the Local 1150 did not get the decrease in health payments they were seeking, he is happy. Cassetti says he is grateful he has a steady income so he can provide for his family. He believes the company is headed in the right direction.
Sikorsky expects to sign a $3 billion contract April 17 to develop a new Marine helicopter.
