It was a perfect day for skaters in Stamford to hit the ice Saturday as temperatures climbed into the 50s.

News 12 Connecticut’s Nina Kapur was there, and spoke to people from across the state who traveled to skate at the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Ice Rink at Mill River Park.

The rink is open seven days a week through mid-March.
