A Stamford man was acquitted of vehicular manslaughter Tuesday.
Investigators say Jose Sierra-Velasquez hit a stalled car in 2014.
The impact killed a man who was helping the driver of the stopped car.
Sierra-Velasquez was convicted of driving drunk. He'll be sentenced in January and faces up to a year in jail.
