Stamford man pleads guilty to 2011 shooting

A Stamford man has pleaded guilty to shooting a high school student in 2011. Court records say 20-year-old Jamar Rowe entered the plea Friday as part of a deal that will have him serve five years in prison.

A Stamford man has pleaded guilty to shooting a high school student in 2011. Court records say 20-year-old Jamar Rowe entered the plea Friday as part of a deal that will have him serve five years in prison. Rowe shot the victim, who survived, last March in Carwin Park. He will be formally sentenced in May.
