Stamford murder suspect due in court

A New Haven man, who's murder conviction was overturned, is due in court today. Harry Gonzalez was found guilty of murdering 75-year-old Joanne Trautwein during a robbery at her home in Stamford in 2005.

A New Haven man, who's murder conviction was overturned, is due in court today.
Harry Gonzalez was found guilty of murdering 75-year-old Joanne Trautwein during a robbery at her home in Stamford in 2005.
Last year, the State Supreme Court threw out the conviction and ordered a new trial.
