Stamford Cradle to Career says its Bridge to College program will help graduating seniors with placement exams, class registration, paperwork submission and the financial aid process.
Stamford Cradle to Career will also send students text messages over the summer to inform them about enrollment deadlines and one-on-one support guidance from counselors.
Stamford Cradle to Career is offering the free program to ensure students are prepared for the first day of college.
