Connecticut officials are expecting the state to end the fiscal year with a multimillion-dollar deficit.
Officials say the $18 billion general fund may have a $7.1 million deficit by the end of June.
Recent state estimates show revenues are down $26.8 million.
Officials say the loss will be partially offset by $19.7 million worth of savings from reduced spending.
