The state is seeking to remove the attorney for one of the two surviving defendants charged in the disappearance of New Canaan mother of five, Jennifer Dulos.

State prosecutors say Jon Schoenhorn should be removed as attorney for Michelle Troconis because he may now need to be called as a witness.

The motion concerns some evidence that Schoenhorn gave to a third party to turn into state police.

Schoenhorn calls the petition a pathetic move that demonstrates the weakness of the case against his client.
