A cold and blustery stretch continues through the start of the week, with strong northwest winds making it feel colder than it looks. Conditions stay dry overall, with a mix of sun and clouds through midweek as temperatures slowly recover.
Milder air returns late week, but it comes with increasing clouds and a chance for rain heading toward the end of the workweek and into the weekend.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and very windy. Temperatures fall into the upper teens to low 20s, with bitter wind chills near zero at times.
Monday: Clouds increase through the afternoon. Cold and breezy, with highs in the upper 20s to low 30s and wind chills in the single digits to teens.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny and calmer. Cold but improving, with highs in the low to mid-30s.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny and noticeably milder. Highs climb into the low to mid-40s.
Thursday: Partly sunny and mild for late winter standards, with highs in the low to mid-50s. Rain develops late.
