1 cup Quinoa, 1 cup water, high heat
dice Red Peppers, Onion, Fresh Garlic mix with Quinoa
Cook Stuffed Portabella for 10-12 min
Stuff Portabella with mixture finish for 5 minutes at 350 drizzle with a Balsamic Glaze
