Tolls will be the hot topic at the State Capitol Wednesday during a major public hearing on whether to bring them back.
Gov. Ned Lamont says it's the only realistic way to clear Connecticut's clogged roads. Republicans insist tolls are not the only option.
State Sen. Len Fasano, of North Haven, called it a “mileage tax.”
