Gov. Ned Lamont is hitting the road in an attempt to convince residents and lawmakers the state has no choice but to bring tolls to Connecticut.
Lamont was at Norwalk Community College Monday night discussing the toll bill.
Democrats say tolls are the best way to fix the state's transportation and finances.
The governor says the new plan is "ready to go" and is looking to hold a vote on the issue soon.
