Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis posted bond Thursday afternoon in the Jennifer Dulos murder case – but while Fotis walked out the front of the Stamford courthouse, Troconis headed straight to the hospital.
Stamford police escorted Troconis to Stamford Hospital just minutes after she posted a $1.5 million bond. News 12 Connecticut was there when she arrived. A source says she was unstable and needed to be checked out.
She was released Thursday afternoon, according to a News 12 source.

Fotis Dulos left the courthouse after posting $6 million bond. He had no comment for the media.
Both Fotis Dulos and Troconis had to put up 7% of their bond totals, meaning Fotis Dulos paid $405,150 and Troconis $105,150.
Fotis Dulos was arraigned Wednesday on charges of felony murder, murder and kidnapping in the alleged killing of his estranged wife Jennifer Dulos, who disappeared on May 24. She has not been found.
Investigators announced earlier this week that they had enough evidence to conclude Fotis Dulos killed Jennifer Dulos in her New Canaan home, then got rid of the body.
Troconis and civil attorney Kent Mawhinney were arrested and charged as co-conspirators.
In court, the judge ordered all of them be under house arrest if they post bond. Mawhinney remains in custody since he was unable to put up the cash to do so.
Attorney Kevin Smith addressed the media briefly before Fotis Dulos walked out. He said his client was happy to be heading home.
“He is relieved as you might expect,” said Smith. “We are looking forward to the process of now defending this case going forward in court.”

Smith said he couldn’t go into further details about the case due to a gag order.
The judge has issued a protective order barring Fotis Dulos from having any contact with his five children, their nanny, or Jennifer's mother Gloria Farber. The kids have been with Farber in New York for about 7 ½ months.
All three are expected to appear back in court in February.
The arrest warrants went into details about how Fotis Dulos allegedly bludgeoned Jennifer Dulos inside her home and transported her body in the trunk of her own car on May 24, 2019. It also mentions a probable motive in the case – a $2 million trust fund for the Dulos children.
