Stamford state's attorney Richard Colangelo has filed to modify the conditions of Fotis Dulos' bond.

Prosecutors say Fotis Dulos broke the conditions of his release earlier this month when he got out of a car near his home in Farmington and removed a memorial at the end of his street.

Fotis Dulos is facing murder charges in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, his estranged wife.

Jennifer Dulos went missing back in May. Her body has not been found.

Fotis Dulos' lawyer Norm Pattis said in response, "He got out of his car on the way home? Seriously? We need to get this trial on as quickly as possible to put an end to this nonsense."
