Pennsylvania State Police say accused killer Peter Manfredonia may now be in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Acting on a tip, investigators obtained surveillance photos from a Sheetz store in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
They say the stolen Hyundai Santa Fe they were looking for was found in that same area.
Police say he then took an Uber to Maryland.
Police received a tip Tuesday night that Manfredonia was spotted in Duryea, Pennsylvania, but an extensive search turned up empty.
Investigators are warning the public Manfredonia could be armed and dangerous. If anyone sees him, they are asked to not approach him and call police immediately.
The 23-year-old from Newtown is accused of killing two people, assault and kidnapping.
