A survey shows many workers say non-smokers should get extra vacation days to compensate for the time smokers take off during the day for smoke breaks.
According to the survey, 42 percent of non-smokers say they feel they should get 3-5 days extra vacation days than non-smokers.
Twenty-eight percent of smokers agree with that amount.
One company in Tokyo recently added six extra vacation days for its non-smoking employees.
There is no word yet if the U.S. will follow suit.
