A suspect is officially facing charges this morning in connection to the murder of a man from Stamford.
The Stamford Advocate is reporting that prosecutors indicted Lawrence Dillione yesterday, but the court isn't saying yet what the specific charges are.
As News 12 reported, Joseph Comunale was stabbed to death last month and then buried in New Jersey.
Dillione and another man, James Rackover, are both facing charges in Communale's death.
Neither has been charged with murder because investigators say they need more evidence.
They are both set to be arraigned next week.
