Social media helped make a surprise visit from Taylor Swift a possibility for a Connecticut family.
Stephanie Barnett, of North Haven, says she connected with the singer online when she was having trouble getting pregnant and says Swift's music helped her through it.
Barnett and her 2-year-old son met Swift in person yesterday when the pop star showed up for an unannounced visit with gifts.
The singer brought Leyton some toys including a toddler-sized Mercedes.
Afterward, she stopped at Starbucks in North Haven to grab coffee and she took pictures with fans.
