Stamford police say a teen is facing charges after he was spotted wearing a mask and carrying a fake weapon.
Police say they arrested Deandre Parsons, 18, Wednesday night after passing officers saw him pull a mask over his head.
Officers say when they tried to question Parsons, he reached for a BB gun and refused to get on the ground.
They say officers drew their guns and he eventually complied.
He has been charged with resisting arrest and carrying a fake weapon.
