Norwalk police say they've charged a 15-year-old boy with making a bomb threat against Norwalk High School.
Police say the teen posted the threat to Instagram last Friday under the username "Norwalk Clowns."
Police say they identified the suspect just hours after the threat was made and determined the school was never in any danger.
