Thousands of Greenwich neighbors continue to struggle without power as town officials say that 25 percent of the town's homes are still offline.First Selectman Peter Tesei says the town and Connecticut Light and Power are doing everything they can to get things back to normal.Tesei says that a solution to some of the power problems could be tree trimming and removal, but no plans have been put in place.
