Thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry were stolen Wednesday afternoon during a smash-and-grab robbery at Trumbull Mall.
Police say three masked robbers with hammers smashed the glass display case at Kay’s Jewelers before escaping in a dark four-door sedan.
