The two Republican hopefuls vying to run for governor faced off Sunday morning in one last debate before the upcoming primary.
Greenwich businessman Tom Foley and Senate Minority Leader John McKinney of Fairfield participated in a one-hour debate on WTNH Channel 8.
Foley is the party-endorsed candidate, but McKinney is hoping voters choose him as the GOP candidate.
The debate covered a variety of topics, including education, the state budget and differing plans to cut taxes.
Registered Republicans will decide on Tuesday which candidate will challenge Gov. Dan Malloy in November.
