Torrington police have issued an Amber Alert for a 1-month-old baby girl missing since Saturday.
Police say Shiloh Gilbert-Alfar was most likely taken by her mother Amirah Alfar.
They say the Department of Children and Families has an order to remove the baby from Alfar's custody.
However, they say they have been unable to locate the infant.
